This is a patriotic Panamanian song that commemorates the protests of 9 January (celebrated as Martyrs' Day). On that day, Panamanian students declared Panamanian sovereignty over the Panama Canal by raising the Panamanian flag there (In the picture), but the American police in the Canal Zone - known as ‘Zonians’ - prevented the students from entering and ended up tearing down the Panamanian flag in the area, sparking outrage. The protests turned into riots and the Zonians, in response, massacred more than two dozen Panamanians.
The massacre was a crucial moment for advancing the cause of Panamanian sovereignty over the Canal, since Panama broke off diplomatic relations with the United States after the incident and promised to re-establish them only if a new treaty was signed. This treaty would be led by the revolutionary Omar Torrijos in 1977, who signed two treaties with US president Jimmy Carter to recover the Canal for Panama (the song also celebrates this).

Esta é a jingle (Não tenho certeza) das Eleições de 73 da chapa Perón e sua 3° esposa, a Vice María Estela Martínez de Perón ou Isabel Martínez de Perón (Ou apenas: Isabelita) que logo após a morte de seu marido em 1974 seria a primeira mulher a ocupar o cargo de Presidente na Argentina (Porém não foi a primeira mulher a ser eleita).
Isabel serviu como Presidente da Argentina de 1 de julho de 1974 a 24 de março de 1976, quando foi deposta pelos militares que assumiram o governo por meio de um golpe de estado enquanto ela era presidente e a colocaram em prisão domiciliar por cinco anos, antes de exilá-la para a Espanha em 1981.
