Many items felt quite angular when driving on them. That's because many looping and smooth uphills have a separate collision layer from the visual mesh. This is now being ported as a second layer into the Crystal, with the correct surface materials. So, for example on the Island environment, the side of the road is dirt, which was utilized quite often in StadiumCar maps.
The default configuration cannot be generated 100% correctly without post-fixes, but having a base can solve most of the repetitive problems that were always quite tedious when doing converters.
Next Insights will come in the first half of August and will be about adding Solid2 support (NadeoImporter format created from official mesh), more placement fixes, waypoint triggers, and map decoration (outside area of environments).
We are still seeking help with the manual item improvements in many categories! Both Mesh Modeller and Blender options are available, and rewards are in place!
Technical issues are still interrupting this part, but the work will begin in mid-August. Reach out to me at Discord if you're interested.

I think after more than a year, I can go a little offtopic and show you some of my music production once again. :D
No motivation to do Trackmania related videos recently, but I just need to keep the tradition I have since 2015 - uploading a video on May 7, December 4 and December 24. Yep, I managed to release a video at those dates for 3 years now. :D
This song is actually 2 months old already, but is going to be relased within FEW days (this year still!) on many platforms like Spotify by Melomania! I have felt enough confident and actually got signed to a label Melomania which is the closest label I couldve ever choose. Check the label out, they have quite talented producers served!
I made so many songs now you dont even know... I think its getting to almost a hundred. This made me feel to try and make an actual album. It can become true, I have 16 songs in a noticeable progress. This song presented in the video is the very first officially released single from this upcoming album. The album is called Memory Acceleration and is coming in 2019.
So yea, music production is getting way more connected with me than video production nowadays. The hours spent trying to improve myself are countless, its been surely over a thousand. Understanding and working with signals is complicated Im tellin ya.

Im slowly losing the fun in making Trackmania videos, mainly for its rather complex production structure. If you want to take simple shots from a map, you must find that specific map, like a Nadeo map, open it in the map editor, then somehow try to get to MediaTracker and shot the clips with a very unsatisfying flow. And Im not rather talking about clips with cars, those add up to complexity so much as well. Its maybe simple, but for me, preparing scene is not fun at all. I like to shot things in already existing scenes. Im trying to fix that with an upcoming title pack Videomaker which I hope Ill be able to announce soon. Maybe this year still. Stay tuned! :D

Grown is one of the 7 songs featured as ingame music for ENVIMIX Turbo, coming in my upcoming mini-album Envimix b4 2018.
This is the wonkiest track of the mini-album, hope you enjoy! I initiated this song idea back in February 2018.
Envimix b4 2018 is a music collection of concepts made before the release of Nadeo Envimix (13 July 2018), which Im revisiting and finishing in the current years (2022-2023). It is possibly the most melodic and nostalgic music Ive ever made and I dont think Ill match anything like this in the future, as my style has slightly changed since then, so this is a very special album in that regard.

This track I started with various things in mind back in March 2017. It began with half-time, but got an idea to speed it up a little towards the end. Mixing down this one was definitely the hardest from the album.
