In July 2010, DeVry hired Collegiate Housing Services to take over housing. Ever since then, there has been nothing but problems. One of them is that almost all students are being billed "overages" for their utility usage. However, I found that we are NOT actually using the amounts they are billing us for and therefore, they are taking advantage of us by charging unnecessary amounts of money to our housing accounts. In this video, I discuss this situation, and explain how I caught CHS at what they are doing wrong.
