Delhi's sexy-est sandwich wasn't started by any big food chain. It's by 3 college students, passionate giving foodgasm to people. This is Lexi's.
Alex, Rhea, and Ayush are the founders of Lexi's, a sandwich brand they built out of Masters' Union with no funding, and no customers until one Tuesday in June when a single viral post turned 30 orders a day into 120 overnight.
They are known to be Samay Raina's, Pratham Mittal's and many other celebrities' favourite sandwich brand.
This is Episode 5 of Built@Masters' Union, a series where we document the real stories of student founders who are not waiting to graduate before they start building.
In this episode, the Lexi's team walks through how they found a gap nobody else was filling, why they spent six months selling to strangers instead of friends, what actually broke when orders suddenly tripled, and the one thing they are still most scared of.
This is not a success story. They will be the first to tell you their biggest paranoia is that they are a hype. But if you are trying to build something in food, this is the roadmap they wish they had when they started.

![How AI Agents Will Transform Indian Manufacturing | Ft. @CuttingEdgeSchool
AI in manufacturing is not just about robots on factory floors.
A much bigger opportunity is in the decisions happening behind the scenes.
Vendor discovery, price comparison, credibility checks, outreach, proposals, and procurement research can all be handled faster with AI agents.
For Indian manufacturing businesses, that means less time spent searching for information and more time actually making better.
