Being able to provide great student housing is an important part of College of the Atlantic's mission. With their newest residence hall, designed to maximize sustainability and community, COA will be able to offer housing to up to 85% of the student body. This project was initiated in response to the changing housing market, which has made it difficult recently for some students to rent space nearby. Along with the recent purchases of a number of off-campus properties, the new residence hall will go a long way toward lifting the pressure on student housing.
