Eelgrass is a key species in the Baltic. Since it’s important for the entire marine ecosystem, Parks & Wildlife Finland (Metsähallitus), initiated a project to protect eelgrass by transplanting it. When Metsähallitus needed some sensor expertise in their project, they teamed up with Wärtsilä Project Baseline volunteer divers.
