I know it's been a while since I've posted anything. Life has been a bit.... Hectic. I just found out I need to have a surgery done next week(unrelated to my foot). I'm okay; I really don't want to go into details. I'm just a little stressed, this has all been happening really fast and I'm sort of in a petrified daze, to be honest. I also feel really alone right now too....
This is definitely not how I imagined this year going.... =(
That's enough about my struggles.
While I was wracking my brains on something I could bring to you all, I had the thought that I have a ton of collab parts and I've never shared what I've done in collabs. So this is a Vol. 1 of what I hope will turn into more. I also decided to start with parts with this particular collab group to say thank you and to kind of say goodbye to this chapter.
So, a few months ago my time at SweetShadows came to a close. Can you believe I'd been in this group since December 2017? I went through and discovered I participated in 53 collabs! That's a lot - I can definitely see how far I've grown between when I joined to now.
Things ended sort of rocky, another reason I took some time off from the editing scene. Looking back now, I honestly think it's all for the best. I'm growing in a different direction and the group's standards shifted in an opposite direction to my standards. Which is part of life and not everyone will believe or grow at the same time. That's the beauty of life; we're all in different stages and learn and grow and develop in what ways will make us the strongest. I respect their beliefs. I made a decision to stand for my beliefs and I'm glad that I chose to remain true to my beliefs and standards.
Part of this is my extending an olive branch; I don't have any ill feelings towards anyone in the group. They're all amazing editors and I've gotten to know some amazing and kind people through being in this group. I never meant to cause any hurt to any of my fellow editors - I wish them the best in their endeavors and I wish the best for the group.
The other part, I guess, is me going through a box of stuff after a break up - I let it sit, I healed, and now I'm saying here it is. Just look at all the good that came from being a part of this group - getting to edit with so many different fandoms, doing wide ranges of topics, and getting to be a part of such a diverse group of editors and learning from them. I'm really glad and grateful that I was a part of this.

Hi everyone!
So, I just had surgery on Tuesday. I feel dead awful - I probably shouldnt have even put this together, but.... Its Halloween - and theres so many awesome collabs going up and I just couldnt help it! I missed hosting a Halloween Collab last year and Im not missing it this year. Im probably going to go die after I upload this.
So focus of this collab is going to be Evil Characters, Villains, and Monsters - You may used good characters, but the focus is on their evil side, ie. Dark Swan, Void Stiles, Lupin in Werewolf form.... Hopefully that paints a broad enough picture. I want to see just evil reign this Halloween. Thats my goal with this collab.
Rules
little addition I forgot to add, please list 2-3 parts youd like to edit in your comment. ^_^
1. This is a Playlist Collab - Please use more than one Live-Action fandom or one Live-Action character in your part. Remember the focus is on evil characters, villains, monsters - you can use any fandoms and characters you want that fit in that theme (although please keep your parts PG-13 friendly - I wont accept parts with nudity or the f word).
2. Remember to check the playlist before you do your part - when youre done, upload it unlisted, leave the download links in the description box, and send me your part.
3. Leave 1 second of footage before and after your part for transition purposes(I cut the parts to mimic where the transitions would be, so youve got blank space before the music and after - so you just need to include footage in the quiet space).
4. Do NOT put any coloring effects on your part. However, I did show two different coloring options in the video - let me know if you prefer Coloring 1 or Coloring 2 - this will be your Key to get into this collab).
5. Overlays, Masking, Text (listed below which fonts to use) are all okay!
5a. Voiceovers/sound effects are also okay, just send me your part twice(once with the music, once without the music - you may send it as an mp3 file for just the quotes).
6. Remember keep the focus on Evil Characters, Villains, and Monsters (werewolves, zombies, mummy, evil witches & warlocks, etc.)

Alright, trying my hand again at some Birthday Collabs. This one is a Multimale collab - I couldn’t get this song out of my head and I just knew I wanted to do a Multimale collab to it.
This year, I’m going to try using Discord - it’s a free platform that lets you chat. I thought it might make things easier, as I want to use Adobe Premiere Pro CC coloring for this collab. If you don’t have Discord or don’t want to use it, you may still join though, just make sure you can communicate with me either through the comments or give me another way to contact you. I just would prefer to use Discord to make my life a little easier.

So.... I know this is extremely late.... Possibly two years in the making too late for her birthday but, I finally finished this and I just had to upload it.
I am also fully aware that very few people are going to know this fandom, so yay on zero views and subzero traffic, but ClariGal is going to understand this. Because we were obsessed with this show. Which is why I did this edit.
If you havent watched CWs The Outpost but you love fantasy stories, you really should give this show a chance. Its actually really good - it tells a good story. If you love things like Lord of the Rings, this show is a great one to watch.
Of course, I might not sell you after I explain myself about this pairing....
This pairing is painfully AU - like, these two never actually happen in the show. But when we were watching season 3, ClariGal and I were convinced they could be an item. In fact, we were rooting for them to be an item. I wont give away too many details, but in the long run, we were convinced that if one character had been in season 4, we wouldve gotten these two to their full potential. We were so hard core convinced that I started this edit for ClariGals birthday... Obviously, I didnt finish - I caught Laryngitis for 3 months, and last year was really hectic that I tried and failed.... But I was determined this year. And while I know its late, I really do hope she likes it.

Hey everyone!
So things are kind of crazy right now. Theres so much doom and gloom out there, its sometimes hard not to feel scared and overwhelmed. I know Ive been struggling with anxiety/panic attacks, because Im worried about losing more family members due to something I cant control, and feelings of overwhelming sadness. Sometimes I feel like an absolute failure because I lost a good paying job because I tore a tendon.... which I just found out two weeks ago that Im going to have to have the same surgery again, after things calm down with the virus, because the first one failed. Super fun times!
However, I know, deep down, that these things are temporary and that we should look forward with hope. Which is why I want to try to do a project that brings some light and hope during these hard times.
So, I decided to open a YPIV. Because we all could use a distraction and what better distraction is there than watching a video with fandoms you love?
