Tony & Greg check in from Cold Wars 2026 to talk about the weekend in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We spotlight a selection of games from the 300+ events run at this HMGS show, including all three top award winners. The convention was great fun and the Wild West theme was strongly embraced by the game masters! You'll see plenty of Old West tabletops in our report. But the bigger questions hanging over Cold Wars do linger...did attendance rebound from last year's historically low turnout? Is the show financially viable moving forward?

We don't know how long this will be freely available for download as he continues to refine the game, but we had a great time trying it.
