Iron Curtain falling, now we’re in a Cold War
And “containment” aims to halt communism
In Europe with the Marshall Plan
But here’s Stalin
Divided German capital city of Berlin
Lies a hundred miles in the part ruled by him
Blockade access to West Berlin
Well played, Stalin
Load ‘em up, get those supplies in
Fly, fly, fly into West Berlin
Load ‘em up, the Berlin Airlift
Quarter million flights so Berliners can live
Drop food, medicine, clothes, the West will win
