Clearwater Marine Aquarium received 10 cold stunned Kemp's ridley sea turtles from New England yesterday! When water and air temperatures drop in the Northeast, sea turtles can become cold stunned, lethargic, and incapacitated. Hundreds of turtles have already washed ashore this cold stun season. We are happy to have the ability to take in some of these patients and help nurse them back to optimal health!
