Cold Quasar BREAKS the Standard Model of How Galaxies Should Die!

The mainstream model of galaxy evolution has a blackhole at the centre which grows over time. At some stage this becomes so large that it consumes more and more of the material that would normally have been used for the formation of new stars. But astronomers are discovering galaxies which have one of these supposed giant black holes that should stop this process but have observed that stars are still happily forming despite this? So what might be going one here?
