I was going 10 mph over the speed limit when this guy flies by on the left. Gave him a couple toots of the horn, he then proceeds to put on his backup lights (at which point the light turns green) and get out of his car. Probably saw my dashcam & thought better of it! Was in such a rush then just sat there! LOL!!
