Some mornings just call for two cups. So with the new Niche Duo on my bar that sports two sets of burrs, one for filter and one for espresso, it seems like the perfect opportunity to show my workflow. Beyond seeing how it brews espresso and a pour over, you also get a front row seat to the burr swap and zeroing.
