Introducing, the Latte Shakerato, a deliciously smooth and refreshing coffee available now with the Breville Barista Touch™ Impress and the Oracle® Jet.
NB. These features are only available in newer versions of these machines and may require an over air update to make sure that cold drinks are officially on the menu.

Café quality cold drinks are officially on the menu on our newer machines, just make sure to check your software to ensure you have the newest available versions. Craft this creamy and delicious twist on the classic Iced Latte with our easy-to-follow guide:
1. Ensure the bean hopper is full of fresh coffee beans to maximize flavor potential.
2. Select the “Latte Shakerato” option on your machine menu to view the recipe card.
3. Grind your beans and brew a double shot of espresso into your Breville Cocktail Shaker (alternatively you can use a glass and then transfer your brewed coffee to your chosen shaker).
4. Fill your cocktail shaker ¾ full with ice.
5. Add 80ml of milk, 10ml of sugar syrup and a pinch of salt.
6. Shake well, serve and enjoy!
