1 cup water
2 tsp agar agar powder
1/2 cup sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 drops yellow food coloring
Coffee Layer:
1 cup water
2/3 tsp agar agar powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 Tbsp instant coffee
1 Tbsp light cream
Yields: 10 servings
