After spending over 40 hours with Code Vein 2 here is my review, I’ve finally reached a point where I feel comfortable giving an honest, informed review. This is a full playthrough review based on completing the game, experimenting with multiple builds, engaging with side content, and experiencing more than one ending.
Code Vein 2 is a Soulslike action RPG that builds on the foundation of the first game, offering deeper combat systems, flexible builds, challenging boss encounters, and a darker post-apocalyptic world. You’ll explore large, structured zones, fight brutal enemies, and constantly adapt your playstyle as the difficulty ramps up.
