I have to do other forms of exercise outside of running and I'm not happy about it professional runner I actually do love a lot of other sports, but I feel like a fish out of water in a swimming pool, and the stationary bike IS the next most evil thing - I'd trade it for a game of rounders or joining a Netball team any day but sadly those involve running which I'm not allowed to do right now
So instead of having no idea, I will be firmly placing myself in the camp of having all (some) of the gear, and still absolutely no idea... but trying at least?!
