I'm not a big fan of the LMGs. They are heavy and slow to aim which makes for a more cautious style of gameplay.
However, an LMG has the range and damage to compete effectively with the sniper rifles on the big maps.
In this game I am playing with the Stinger - a weapon used by the Marines in the Pacific that was created by mating an aircraft Browning with the stock of an M1 Carbine and the bipod of a BAR.
