Reach the Church Bell Tower
Your assassination target, Yannik Dufour, is located on a yacht off the coast. You'll need to head to the bell tower of a local church to get a good view on him.

From the telephone booth, crouch down and move over to the right towards the open door of the pizzeria, avoiding the enemy standing beside the bridge over the canal. In the pizzeria, be sure to pick up some throwing knives from the table.
Don't head out the door right away - there is an enemy patrolling outside. Stay crouched and wait until the goon is facing the canal. Sneak up behind him to execute a silent takeout
Once he's down, pick up the body and drop it into the canal. Before you move across the bridge, wait crouched down beside the door until another enemy walks through it. Perform a silent takedown and throw this body into the canal as well.

Crouch-walk across the bridge, being careful to avoid the line-of-sight of the enemy patrolling the catwalk just across. Turn into the first right door towards the church courtyard, and hide behind a crate until the enemy patrols past you so you can execute a takedown. Keep moving, heading through the open iron-wrought doors to the right-side alley. Sneak up behind the man here to take him out.
Climb up the bell tower ladder and pick up the sniper rifle at the top. Look down the scope at the yacht in the water, aiming your crosshair at Yannik - the man in the white suit under the umbrella on the left. Wait until his phone call ends to take the shot.
