I’m experimenting with a brownie recipe. I’m trying to recreate a brookie brownie from Rafferty’s Restaurant. It’s so yummy. This turned out pretty good. Thank you for watching.

Recipe:
1 stick of brown butter (salted)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup of hot coffee or hot water
1Tbsp vanilla
2 eggs at room temp
3/4 cup of All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp salt or a pinch
3/4 c of pecans chopped
1/4 cup chocolate chips of choice
1/2 c coconut
Bake at 350 for 27 minutes in a 7 x 11 pan
