2 oz Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
Club soda
Lime slice and mint leaves, for garnish

Muddle mint and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add Coconut Rum and lime juice. Shake until combined. Strain into a glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime slice and mint leaves. #NationalMojitoDay #mojito
