Cocoberry Paradise Mousse
Serves: 6
Recipe in English
Ingredients:
-Candyland Paradise Chocolate 4 bars
-Cream ½ cup
-Mixed berries 200g (Frozen)
-Water 1 Cup
-Sugar 3-4 tbs
-Whipping cream 300ml
-Whipped cream as required
-Cherries as required
-Podina (Mint leaves) as required
Direction:
-Cut the chocolate into small pieces & transfer it to a bowl.
-Add cream, microwave it for 60-90 seconds, check after every 30 seconds.
-Paradise chocolate mixture is ready! set aside.
-In a blending jar, add mixed berries & water, blend well until smooth.
-Place sifter on pan & add blended berries puree & strain well.
-Add sugar, turn on the flame, mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until sauce thickens, mix in between.
-Turn off the flame & let it completely cool down.
-In a pan, add whipping cream, & beat well until soft peaks form.
-Add prepared mixed berry jam, paradise chocolate mixture, fold & mix well, transfer it to a piping bag.
-In a serving glass, pipe out the prepared mousse mixture & refrigerate it for 4 hours.
-Take it out of the refrigerator, garnish with whipped cream, cherries, & mint leaves & serve chilled!
