This is part 1 of a 2 part conversation with @vapenfps. Erik is a talented VALORANT coach who has recently decided to take a pause from coaching pro teams and has recently started making educational content and offering private coaching. I hired him last year to work with 100T as an Assistant Coach and it became apparent to me quite quickly he could easily coach tier 1 teams. He's also worked with Cloud9 and until recently was the Head Coach of OR Esports.
