Bastian Solutions worked closely with CNH to design and expand one of the company’s most automated facilities. Over the years the collaboration has introduced conveyors, a multi-level pick module, AutoStore, Sort Cell systems and the latest AutoStore expansion. These technologies addressed critical challenges such as space constraints, SKU growth and the need for 24–48 hour order fulfillment across the OEM network.
By integrating AutoStore, Exacta WCS, Hytrol conveyors, ModSort modules, Pick to Light, Lumipick and Sort Cell systems CNH achieved a highly efficient and future-ready fulfillment center.
Results:
- Condensed storage capacity from 28,000 to 128,000 AutoStore bins
- Increased throughput up to 35 cartons per minute
- Same-day shipping and faster order accuracy
- Improved safety and ergonomics for employees
- Future-proof scalability with automation expansions
