Can you turn a CNC banana into a working whistle?

In the fourth episode of Challenge Accepted, Jake takes our CNC Banana for Scale and turns it into a CNC machined aluminum whistle. The problem? He’s never designed a whistle before.

Jake starts from scratch, figures out how a whistle actually works, designs the internal airflow and ball chamber, and splits the banana into two machinable halves that can be assembled back together.

Now there’s only one question: will it actually whistle?
