I was in southern Illinois this week and heard on the scanner a southbound E294 had a solo UP AC44CWCTE leader. I decided to head to Cobden, IL and watch it struggle to climb up the almost 1% S-curve grade. Thankfully the autoracks were empty!

Turn the volume up, and enjoy the sights and sounds of this old GE chugging up hill!
