Clyde Trevor arrived on the European
music scene at age 19, releasing his
first single, This is EDM. The track features
the vocals of German TV host,
comedian and DJ Oliver Pocher — a
choice that proved prescient. The wellknown
name of Pocher garnered
thousands of views of the track’s music
video within just hours of its posting
online.
Clyde’s follow-up single, Aftershock, made waves as
well. Its video was shot at the Winter Music Conference in
Miami, and the young DJ was center stage during the shoot.
With his name and reputation building, one of Europe’s largest
dance labels chose one of his DJ mixes for one of their
renowned compilation series.
With his father (Rico Bernasconi) a
music-industry and EDM celebrity in his
own right, it’s not surprising that Clyde
would want to follow in his footsteps.
