Clue talks about her feelings on free speech and the Ryan Upchurch lawsuit.
My Thoughts: We all have the right to free speech but with that speech comes consequences as well. With Upchurch I see it as a defamation situation. Upchurch can say what ever he wants but in turn his words can have consequences (intentional infliction of personal harm and defamation). With the case of GW and BBQ I see it as trying to take away their freedom of speech. With BHB she is free to say what ever she wants but she can be taken to court for intentional infliction of personal harm and defamation if CP and KP decide to go that route. ππππππ
