Welcome to Clue 3 of Westknits' Surprise Sock Along! This week, we'll be working the gusset of the Delectable Collectible Socks. I hope you're ready for more stripes and fun slip stitches!
GUSSET
00:33 Rnd 1 (RS): Using A, k24 [30, 36, 42]. Place marker
1:20 Pick up and k12 [15, 18, 21] along the right edge of the garter stitch Heel Flap
2:58 K14 [18, 20, 24] sts. These are the live sts from the Heel Turn
4:28 Pick up and k12 [15, 18, 21] sts along the left edge of the garter stitch Heel Flap. Place marker to make the beginning of the rnd
6:11 Rnd 2: K to m, slm, p3, k to 3 sts before m, p3, slm
7:29 Rnd 3: K to m, slm, k3, ssk, k to 5 sts before m, k2tog, k3, slm
10:21 Rnd 7: Using B, (k2, k1 into the stitch from 4 rnds below, k1) to m, slm, k3, ssk, k to 5 sts before m, k2tog, k3, slm
