edit: i jUST REALIZED HOW LOW THE QUALITY IS, wwwww i guess that happened because of how i was trying to make it look like a pixel art thing in firealpaca but it must have gotten messed up when i exported it from video editor sorry

FPS: the main animation is just 2 frames at 1 fps looped but the clouds tweening in the background is probably around 25
