Cloud Function Transitions | Complete Flutter App #18

We finished setting up all the UI for the main screen, but now on the backend we need to trigger the transition on book club day. The current book needs to be replaced with the next book, and the next book needs to be replaced with a temporary "waiting" until the next book is picked. We will accomplish this with cloud scheduler functions that check every hour if the book club needs to transition.
