Closegap is a free tool educators can use to set up daily check-ins with students focused on emotional and mental health. There are tailored questionnaires for grades PK-2, 3-5, and 6-12. Students answer simple but important questions that get them to reflect on how they're feeling, how their lives are going, and if their needs are being met. Educators get data back they can use to plan classroom, school, and family support. Students can also view their progress over time.
