aaAA here’s another warriors MAP! I was originally going to use Ravenpaw and Barley for this, but I decided that Ashfur and Brambleclaw’s early friendship is underused, and would make a good MAP as well! (Also, this is like, my headcanon Ashfur voice lol xD)
Without further ado, here are the rules!
RULES: (If you cease to follow them, you will be told to redo your part!)
- This MAP is NOT first come, first serve! You need to have smooth animation examples on your channel in order to be let into the MAP, preferably at least 2 animated videos.
- This MAP includes a script: docs.google.com/document/d/18WHMziBSTXhJaf8GpcG_cNCeNGk_jhUUJoayJcMBlog/edit?usp=sharing and set designs: ponderdesigns.deviantart.com/gallery (Just type the cat’s name through the “search gallery” bar) which you MUST FOLLOW! There is also a background palette: http://fav.me/dbn8iai (Feel free to adjust the colors as necessary, these are only base colors)
- This is an ANIMATION MAP. This means that you have to animate your part! You don’t need to add as many frames as I would normally require, since this is a lipsync MAP, but make sure that your animations look smooth and that you’re also following the script!
- Please do not copy/trace other animator’s work!
- Please animate your part on a 1920x1080 sized canvas!
- If you’ve read all of these rules, tell me your favorite (non-canon) warrior cats ship!
- Please cut your own audio! I normally leave out this rule when hosting MAPs, but since it’s a lipsync MAP, i’d like for the lipsync to be on-time.
- Please do not watermark your part! I’ll be doing that when putting the MAP together.
- Only join if you can finish your part! I would prefer if not a lot of people dropped out of this. Extensions will be given, but only if a WIP is shown.

Eyy sorry Ive been kinda dead lately!!
My computer was broken for a while so I couldnt work on anything, but now its fixed so I can draw all I want!
I actually made this part for the again map about a year ago, but the file was lost (I didnt post it here since I didnt like it at all) so I redid it mostly over the weekend! Since I finished this within a span of only a few days, Its a little rushed, but Im glad its finished! Its at least a lot better than the old part lol! Plus its always fun to draw Opal! (And since this is the second time Ive finished this map part, I guess you could say.. I made this part.. AGAIN haha im so funny i know)
I got kinda lazy at the end tho lol. There was supposed to be this frame with her arm tweened to slash across her neck as the last frame, but I kinda gave up and decided to do a quick mediocre blood drop animation because I just wanted this done.
Anyways, I hope you like it, Amaya! In the map rules it said to have a black background, but I hope its alright that the first bit is white!! I can change it if you need me to!

HOLY CRAP THESE TOOK SO FRICKING LONG TO MAKE I AM SO GLAD THEY ARE DONE WHEW.
Now, onto all of the interesting stuff:
Pt 8:
Done by: Me only
Time taken: Since its like 12 seconds, around 20 hours.
Satisfaction: 75% (Most of this is from April, so its pretty old.)
Characters in order of appearance: Ivypool, Dovewing, Hawkfrost.
A few things I have to say about the part: I was super duper proud when i started making this, because it wasnt (that) shaky, and it was my first time shading in ToonBoom. I now realize that the part is far from perfect, and that I have improved since this, but overall it is not bad. The eye-details are on-key, the shading isnt messy and looks like I actually put time into it, the character designs are well followed and not wobbly. Although the animations are very small and not too impressive, it is clean enough for me to think as decent. (for me, anyway.) ALSO, Hawkfrost doesnt have shading for the following reasons: He is a spirit, I tried on a few frames, it didnt look as good as it did with ivypool, im lazy and I procrastinate.

A few things I have to say about the part: Numb-chan couldnt finish the part for this map so, she sent me her keyframes, and so I did the inbetweening. Her style is amazing, but very hard to animate xDD However, this was a great learning experience for me! I didnt shade this one because this part drove me insane, her style is so complex!! :D But I do like the outcome overall, even though there are no major movements and that first animated scene with ivypool has lousy inbetweening.
