The song is known in BMS for its Breakcore beat and insane patterns for a Level 23 chart. (the in-game genre "EINSAMKEIT" is just German for "loneliness", saying nothing about the song's actual genre) The background video was made by To7.
This CH chart references the original BMS and SDVX charts. The SDVX charts were used to derive the time signatures (which are strangely 4/4 for most of it actually), and the BMS chart was used to derive the BPM. The BPM in this chart is a constant 280, but has a low of 8.75 and a peak of 8960. This is rather unfortunate for me since CH and MS can't load the real BPMs properly. (the real chart has a low of 0 and peaks at 9999280)
