The terminus of Central Luzon Link Expressway or CLLEX will connect directly to Felipe Vergara Highway and Maharlika Highway near the boundary of Talavera and Cabanatuan. Once operational, this route will greatly benefit motorists heading toward Baler, Pantabangan, Bongabon, and the eastern municipalities of Nueva Ecija—providing a smoother trip while bypassing the busy urban roads of Tarlac and Cabanatuan.

This section is part of the continuing development of CLLEX, designed to improve travel efficiency across Central Luzon and enhance connectivity from SCTEX/TPLEX all the way to Nueva Ecija.

CLLEX Trivia:

• Total Length: ~30 km once fully completed
• Function: Links SCTEX/TPLEX to Nueva Ecija with a high-speed, toll-free expressway
• Segment Benefit: Shorter travel time to eastern NE towns and Aurora Province
• Goal: Provide a seamless east–west corridor for Central Luzon, easing traffic along Maharlika Highway
