It's pretty hard, don't get me wrong, but if this tells you anything, I can pull this off faster than my old method of regular clips. Big thanks to Rodrigo for teaching me :D.
The positioning for this glitch is very precise and requires a great deal of time and strategy. The basic strat is to jump with a speed of 3 or less, storing 77 to your y speed. Then, you'll want to release B for two frames after jumping, and a third frame on the first frame you can without running into the block. When you come into contact with the block's side, have a subpixel of 00 to successfully skip a lower pixel, and release left at one frame between the time that you release B for the third time and the time that you hit the block's side. This is a VERY precise glitch, and don't feel bad or discouraged if you can't do it, for you always have running clips =P. By the way, look for the Y speeds "7, 4," and "1" when doing this, as they are critical values for clipping the block.
