The usual way to enter Pinna Park for EYG is by clipping through the wall using a Yoshi platform, but I show a new way to get in without the platform. You still need to bring a Stu if your goal is the Yoshi-Go-Round.
“What did I do wrong?”
If you can’t mount Yoshi from beside the ledge, bring him closer or ground pound closer to the ledge.
If Yoshi ends up on either side of the ledge after you mount him, try again with Yoshi more towards the center of the ledge.
If Yoshi doesn’t clip at all when you mount him, try again with a shorter hover and ground pound faster.
If Yoshi clips out when you reach the wall, you need to turn towards the wall (and keep running) when you reach it.
If Yoshi pushes against the invisible wall towards the end, do not let go of the stick, but try to push it left a bit.

Grégoire found a way to get onto the logs, by sidestepping into them, get stuck between them and the platform, then pressing B as they sank low enough. This saves quite a bit of time and removes the need for the Spray Nozzle!

I collect the Bianco 8 Shine without pressing the A button, using only the Spray and Rocket Nozzles.
For the record, 7 of the 8 red coins could be collected 0x with just the Hover Nozzle, Pondskaters and the windmill. The last one is too high and too far away from the windmill, which is currently the sole reason why the Rocket Nozzle is needed in Bianco Hills at all.
I do therefore use an A press to get past the save dialog after unlocking the Rocket Nozzle, although it doesn’t count on an individual Shine basis as it only occurs once for all Bianco Hills Shines.

More flooded plaza shenanigans! The collision map is pretty bad in this version of the plaza, meaning we get to clip into the building bearing the pipe to Sirena. But entering Sirena isn’t really what we’re after; instead, we can swim out of bounds!
By carefully staying out of bounds, we can make our way behind the door of the police station and enter the secret area. Then we get to the Shine roughly the same way as in 20 Shines.

I collect the 4th blue coin in Delfino Plaza, using only the Spray and Hover Nozzles, as well as Yoshi.
We’ve been looking for ways to get the sewers blue coins without saveboxes for a while, mostly thinking about storing upward speed on the OoB floor below to launch into the coins after dying, but nothing really worked out. But I just realized that when an OoB floor kills Mario while he’s on Yoshi, it makes him dismount, giving him quite a bit of height.
The height that Mario gains at that point depends on his horizontal speed, so if the death occurs while he’s running, he can reach the sewers above him. And on the Japanese version, because Mario dismounts Yoshi from a higher point, he doesn’t even need to be running!
While DP03 was conveniently close to an easily accessible clipping spot, that’s not the case here, so we have to run OoB for some time. To avoid dying along the way, I dismount Yoshi every time I would otherwise die, which makes the trip a lot more tedious than I anticipated, but we still make it to the blue coin.

I collect the Gelato 8 Shine in Gelato 1 without pressing the A button, using only the Spray and Hover Nozzles. The setup is new, but SBlectric already showed that GBS was possible under these same constraints: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFvtOYz76BM
Although some of the optimal ABC strats are definitely TAS-only (like Pianta 3 0x or Sirena 2 4x), Mathgeek came up with the idea of low-A-press RTA runs, that would have to be completed under a certain number of A presses (for example, 50x for any%, not counting save prompts or Shine selects). GBS would be a big issue in such a run, for two reasons:
1) The Cataquack we lure to the hut dies while returning to its home, limiting the number of attempts to 11 (1 per blue Cataquack).
2) There was no proper setup, making each attempt a lot harder than in normal runs.
Though we still can’t get infinite attempts without A, there is now a consistent setup!
Step 1: Get tossed by a Cataquack near the hut
Step 2: Press L in mid-air
Step 3: Once the camera stops behind Mario, hold down on the control stick and try to land behind the juicer (without falling off the roof)
Step 4: Adjust your position by sidestepping or walking forward
There is a variant to that setup, that lets you perform the clip on the front side of the hut as usual. To do so, land before the juicer instead of going over it, push the control stick down very slightly until Mario faces the camera, move the camera to the left and press L.
So how does it work? Well, you may have noticed that when tossed by a Cataquack, Mario often faces a different direction than before the toss. It turns out that the direction Cataquacks make Mario face is always the same, and it’s the exact opposite of the angle used for the normal GBS setup. Which makes it perfect to do GBS on the opposite side of the roof!
However you can change that angle (by unnoticeable amounts) with the control stick during the toss, which is why you need to press L, and go straight down once the camera is in the right place. You also can’t just land on the roof without touching the stick, because the toss resets your horizontal speed, meaning you’d move straight up and land exactly where you came from –on the ground.

I collect the 29th blue coin in Gelato Beach without pressing the A button, using only the Hover Nozzle.
This probably helps more with bingo than ABC, but I made it 0x because why not. Afaik this is the only way to get this blue coin without Yoshi or extra nozzles. Shoutouts to Yoshyegg for emailing me about this challenge and getting me to finally TASing it!")
