Dr. Eggman Robotnik has found a mysterious box at the bottom of Never Lake. When Sonic and his friends interfere the box flings them all to the farthest corners of space and time. Desperate to get home, they must jump from place to place hoping to find something familiar to guide them back to their home planet.
