Another short piece done for fun. I couldn't think of a good picture to represent the piece, so I just captured the screen and poked around in the music document.
As usual, I used Studio One 2 Producer as my DAW and virtual instruments from ProjectSAM and Garritan. This piece also uses a gong sound from Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra.

This arrangement came out of a challenge, of sorts, posed by steampunk and music fan Repent In Reprise and inspired by the work of DrDissonance1.
While it may not be a textbook example of steampunk music, I had fun writing this. It also gave me the opportunity to record a custom library of metallic strike sounds, something that Ive wanted to have for a while now.
