A very groovy track indeed ! One can hear it notably in two "Persuaders" episodes: "Angie, Angie" & "Element Of Risk" (nightclub scenes).
Composed by Cliff Johns and performed by The Screaming Najgers.
As a lot of people (including me) always tried to know who was this track by, here's the answer in HD ! I ripped it from the original LP "Chappell Recorded Music" (LPC 903-907). You can also find it on 78RPM (C.907A/B).

Described as: "Exciting up-tempo beat music with rhythm and blues flavour. Pulsating bass guitar and organ riffs."
