This is how I steam bent all of the 3/4" x 1" white oak ribs in my 1957 22' Chris Craft Sea Skiff. I show the steamer and the steam box that I used to do this. There were 46 1/2 ribs to be steamed and I built a jig or form for each one. After 45 minutes to an hour at over 200 degrees Fahrenheit you can see me bending the ribs into the forms.
