A Cleveland Police Dog Support Unit (K9) Car Blocking the Public right of way for no good reason apparently, I was not stopped from walking down there.

Wheelchair users In Coulby Newham, Middlesbrough on the other hand are pretty much stuffed. Do Cleveland Police Officers have the same attitude towards the Disabled as Middlesbrough Council?
