This cleo mod allows you to climp up buildings, mountains etc.
How to use? : You need to run a bit and then press SHIFT+W when you reach near to the place u gotta climb, at first you will have some issues with it, but with some practice it will become easier.

This cleo mod allows you to troll players by freezing your targets car. Works on all SAMP versions without any issues.
Usage:-
-Both you and your target must be driving cars.
-Your target must be within stream zone.
Type /fr [ID] to freeze your target!
Until you freeze another target or type /fr, the first target will not be able to drive any car.

This cleo rotates the players vehicles makes it fly far away or crash into other vehicles and stuff on the way, overall a great cleo mod for trolling on servers, works fine on 0.3.7 version of samp.
USAGE: /RO [DRIVER ID]
Note : 1) Sit in a bike or a 2 wheeler while using this cleo, if you sit in a car you yourself will get blown away, so always use this cleo while sitting on a bike etc.
2) This cheat is undetectable in most servers (90% of them) but you can get caught by anti cheat if you type the passenger id instead of drivers id by mistake.
3) SAMPFUNCS and latest cleo required or game will crash !
