Team Rubicon is building resilience in Hau’ula, Hawai'i, a community of 3,300 facing severe hurricane risks. The Ko’olauloa Community Resiliency Hub, a three-year project, aims to provide a safe haven for 1,500 people. It will feature a 36,000 square foot facility with green energy, a commercial kitchen, and agroforestry for food security.
