Requirements changed. Not exactly simple, but easier than solo stealth all loot, with only 6 skill points and starter weapons.
Strategy:
While unmasked, we gain access to the office and VIP area for the code. Then red keycard and shut power in the basement so we can clean out the VIP area. Grifter, Social Engineering and Secure Loop is enough. We open up all VIP cases but only bag them when we're ready to prevent the lead guard from coming in.
At this point we have 5 bags and I'll go for 3 more to secure 8 in stealth. We could clear out the storefront in stealth (or until the alarm goes) if preferred.
Then I get the rare stone because it requires masking up. I went loud here so I don't have to juggle the guard, cameras, Rush and all that.

Got lucky with Beyond Epic: The Warchief died immediately after the Caragor was near him, and I got a level 31 Rune instead of Epic (shouldnt have Death Threat).
General Tips:
-Regular Uruks can also be dominated to reveal general Captain locations on the map.
-Caragors can be used to travel quickly.
-I was being very stingy, but do use the ring freely, to quickly dispatch Captains, especially the tough ones like with Combat Master.
-If we find a Graug, we can use it to do an eating run, but make sure to have enough Captains/Warchiefs left to brand.
Beyond Epic:
-Find a Warchief with Fear/Hate to exploit. Morgai Flies and Caragors will be the easiest. If the Warchiefs are not suitable, find a Captain to promote but that could take luck and effort.
-Summary for a level 30 Rune:
-Level 25 Uruk
-+1 for Vengeance (get killed to activate Revenge Target)
-+1 for Fear/Hate exploited
-+1 for Knowing Weaknesses
-+2 for Warchief
-I shouldnt have issued a Death Threat. We dont need the extra +1, and it increases the chance for an Epic Rune (we dont want that). I got lucky here.

During stealth, breaking line of sight while an enemy capable of arresting has decided to shoot makes him never call the function that stops the order to fire. If the player gets into his line of sight again, he will never stop firing until the player gives him a reason to fire and then removes that reason while staying in line of sight (say, by aiming at him for a split second).
