Welcome to our DIY tutorial on how to install a new electrical outlet on a finished wall. In this step-by-step guide, we'll walk you through the process of safely and effectively adding a new outlet to your living space. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned DIY enthusiast, this tutorial will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to tackle this electrical project on your own. The great thing about how I will show you how to do it in this video, is the method of how I did it with little patch work. You don't have to worry about fixing any of your wall when you are done. You just have to patch the base board.

This was the beginning project of a bigger project for a new electric fireplace. There was no electrical outlet for the new fireplace and that had to be added before the fireplace was installed.
