Mongolia withstands temperature drops of up to -40°C for nearly half the year. With many residents relying on coal-powered heating, especially in the Ger districts, the nation exhibits disproportionately high GHG emissions.
To address this issue, MPPGA students Benjamin Kofa Fyneah, David Mayfield, Ghassan Hamzeh, Maha Siddiqui, and Roanna Pizarro traveled to Mongolia as part of their GP² Project.
