For this tutorial I used Premo and Fimo polymer clay!
You are going to need light blue clay and mix together yellow and white to get a vanilla color.
For the texture, I used a dotting tool, sand paper, a needle tool, and aluminum foil.
For the sprinkles, bake some extra clay and chop it into small particles once it has cooled.
I use liquid clay to secure the eye pin and make sure the sprinkles stick to the ice cream scoop.
Finally, I bakes my clay at 275 degrees for 18 minutes!
