Penni is the unexpected but well loved result of an experiment conducted by Classic!Gaster, Classic!Arial & Classic!Sans to reintegrate Classic!Frisks Positive HATE with Genocide!Classic!Charas Negative HATE.
The DT Extractor was used to proceed with the experiment. Two Artificial SOULs were put into the Extractor, but only one came out, that SOUL being Pennis.
Pennis SOUL has the Negative & Positive HATE Traits, as well as the DETERMINATION SOUL Trait (Due to Frisk) & the Void Trait (Due to Sans), however, Pennis SOUL has no trace of the Negative HATE Trait.
As a result of the experiment, Penni is classified as Sans & Frisks daughter.

In a sense, after the creation of this quartet, I realised that this quartet is essentially a Chaotic Time Quartet take, with DustTale replacing TITR & KuraiDust being tacked on as a fourth member.
