The show pre-dated 'He-Man and the Masters of the Universe', which is said to have many similarities to 'Blackstar'. But 'He-Man' would go on to produce 130 episodes, while 'Blackstar' ended after 13. Music by Yvette Blais (pseudonym for record producer Ray Ellis) and Jeff Michael (Filmation exec Norm Prescott).
